The MA ORGL at Gonzaga University
has prepared me for my next steps in life.
It has given me a strong foundation in the theories and strategies
behind leadership and organizations. It
has helped me reflect on myself as a leader, as a teacher, and as a human
being. I feel ready to take on the
challenges of organizational leadership as I transition from the classroom to a
leadership and teambuilding company. I
have been inspired to make changes and step up as a leader within Colegio
Bolivar, and I feel confident that I will have the skills and resources I need
to continue to grow as a leader.
